hey guys, ive been lurking the forums for about a month now gathering lots of great info on these new silverados. GOOD and BAD.

I have a 2014 Chevy Silverado Z71 LTZ 5.3 crew cab short bad 2wd, Silver ICE metallic. some options are Navigation, dark ash leather buckets, step bars, GM bedliner, LTZ plus package, 3.42gear, front and rear park assist, chevy chrome exhaust tip... their may be more but not sure if standard LTZ or optional.

also oem bug guard, bedcover, and front license plate. which are all removed and for sale

after a lot of research on here I decided to go with the rough country 2.5 kit.

it seems like the 2wd models sit about and inch lower in the front the 4wd, and also it seems like the z71 sit slightly higher in the rear (1.25 blocks). So for a 2wd z71 the rake is more than any other model. My results are, just slightly disappointed compared to others on here. mine seems lower.

my before measurements are 35 7/8 front, after 38, 1/8

38 1/2 rear, after 39 1/8 ( passenger is 38.5 for some reason sits higher)

overall looks much better than before, I may change to rc 3.5 though.
