Haven't used one but a Tune will fix throttle response.

It's just a throttle position prescaler.

 

I've got a 5th gen Camaro, and I'm not interested in one.

 

Quick fix for sluggish throttle?

 

Pull your ECU fuses, wait 20+ mins, plug them back in, then drive it like you stole it.

 

It forces a relearn of driveability parameters.

And........you can do the same thing with a tuner, plus so much more, so I guess we'll just forget about this gizmo.
