Fog lights MIA?

Hey all,

 

So I bought my 2003 Silverado 3 weeks ago and recently noticed the fog lights missing. I have the fog light switch on my dash but where the fog lights should be are empty slots. When I looked closer the entire assembly and wiring harness are completely gone. I have a GM recall sticker under my hood is that what was removed? Thanks for any info. I will post a picture of the recall sticker and the truck in a bit.

The switch may have been replaced at some point

They never had a recall for the fog lights,either the switch was replaced,or my guess is that one of the lights got busted and the previous owner didn't want to spend the money to replace it,so he removed the other one and just did away with them.

Check your glove compartment label. Code T96 will be present if your truck was built with fog lights.

No T96 code. So I guess it didn't even ship with them. It's just slightly weird and ugly to see the holes in the front end. Thanks for the help!
