Instrument Panel Cluster

2005 GMC Sierra 3500

 

Instrument panel cluster won't work when truck is running. The gauges all died and none work, the lights work but gauges won't read. Sometimes it will work 1 time then back to nothing for a week or more. The Park Neutral, Drive etc... sometimes will be lit up but most times it is dead. Had the cluster rebuilt, worked the first time I put it in and now its back to the above described. I have read it could be the BCM, Ignition Switch or Ground point somewhere.

 

IPC works until truck is started, then the above happens

 

Any ideas?
