GDi Injectors Replaced - Check Engine Light

Check engine light on resulted in a 3 day repair to replace fuel injectors

Code P219A required all bank 1 (cylinders 1, 3, 5 & 7) to have the GDi injectors (Part# 12656932) replaced to correct the imbalance in cylinder 1.

I drive a 2014 Sierra 1500 with the 5.3 engine and the 3.42 axle.

Anyone else experience this issue?

Had the code but it wasn't injectors. Highly doubt all 4 went out at the same time. Could have been multiple different things from an O2 sensor glitching out to bad gas. That code refers to the AFR being out of whack on that bank. Sounds like they threw parts at it to fix it. Hopefully it doesn't come back up.

I wonder if those are the deactivated cylinders when in V4 mode?
