Do the new power fold mirrors have the ambient temp sensor in them? Is anyone else having problems with a CEL? Code says ambient temp sensor. On the old right mirror it has a puddle light and something else. is that the sensor? If it is the new mirrors don't have it. Unless it's hidden inside.

So I replaced the passenger tow mirror with part number 69. No more CEL!!!! I now have a 67 passenger powerfold tow mirror for sale

I would love a set of that PnP set-up. Sounds like there might be a possible way for you to make some money off of them. Even if you outsourced all the work. There are a lot of us that want to add the turn signals and running lights without splicing into our OEM wiring.

Powerfold has chrome caps. It's not available in NON-chrome.

Can someone please educate me on how the functions are set up from factory?

When the lights are on , do the orange led lights on back of mirror stay on?

I understand not , but it can wired to do so?

Also, what is factory turn signal on these and what is the this mod ? Sorry for the noob questions...thank you.

I should be getting mine next week as well.
