Can you paint over chrome mirror caps?

I will have to take your word for wrapping them then, 3 of the shops I asked about it here in OKC said they couldn't get it done without having multiple pieces and the cost was as much as I paid to have the caps and door handles painted so I went that route.

The key is using a torch(carefully) or a heat gun to stretch the material!

They wrap entire vehicles for gods sake. I'd stay away from any shop that says they can't do it.

LOL... ya, he needs to find a better shop.

 

I'm pretty sure I could wrap the mirrors.

I only had so many shops, heck 2 of them wouldn't even return my call for the original quote.

I'm sure it takes somewhat of a specialty outfit to do it. Your run of the mill sign shop likely won't make a go of it. Years ago Fast Signs told me they could NOT wrap a bow tie, and wouldn't. Due to it not being flat.

The vinyl industry has changed drastically in the last 5-8 years. What you can do with the materials today is unbelievable!
