'09 2500 HD Transmission issue

Towing a trailer I keep getting the P0741 code. The transmission locks me out of 6th gear and the torque converter gets "stuck" off. This happens at highway speed under a load. Dealer has replaced TCM and one other part (something to do with the valve body) and still no fix. Currently have 125k miles with all service up to date by the dealer. Problem started about a year ago, under GM warranty, and after 7 different trips to dealer for the same issue I'm still having problems and now it's costing me $ out of my pocket. Anyone had this code or similar problem? Shouldn't GM be footing the bill for this or at least replacing the transmission after this many trips to the dealer and they still haven't figured out what the problem is?

It is a warranty concern cuzzzz that's when it started , loose your shit at the regional/district service manager , tell him a GM tranny guy said so !!!!! Lol

Someone screwed up and doesn't want to admit it. They don't have a clue what's wrong with it and after that many complaints and them charging my ext warranty service (not GM) for all the work, they just want me to go away.
