03 Dashboard VS 02 Dashboard

I have always been the type of guy who looks at new vehicles as soon as they come out and want one. I have traded in my last 2 trucks,a 01 GMC Sierra(bought on 10/30/00) and an 01 F150 Supercrew(leftover bought on 08/01) way too soon and I really took a beating on one. So when I find myself sniffing new 03 Hd interiors my wife knows whats coming up. Sorry 03 guys but in my opinion the 02 dashboard is MUCH nicer than the new design. Combine that dash with the funky new headlights and no more big Hd power bulge hood and it looks like my 02 Hd may just be the best buy I've made yet. Don't get me wrong after I beat all the new tightness out of this one( lots of snow plowing and 27 ft trailer towing will do that) in about 3 years I am going get another new one no matter what the dash or lights look like.I am also not too keen on the stubby body moulding either. Not full to the bed anymore. I think the 03 GMC has a more pleasing nose right now. But hey a Chevy is what I grew up with

I disagree! I like the new interiors over my '02 EXCEPT for ONE THING! The gauges! I do not like the needles or font on the new gauges. They also use them on the cars too.

I like the '02 and previous style better.

I like my '03 dash better than my '01 dash. Better graphics for "dummy lamps", the DIC is HUGELY better, storage crannies in the vicinity of the radio better, power outlets in the open (not hidden behind useless flap), dual-zone climate controls, improved center console, ......
