upholstery repair

Had a buddy accidentally put about a one inch slit in my rear seat with an open box knife today   The slit only cut the (pleather) but not the fabric below.  How would one repair this??  I have called some upholstery shops to get estimates tomorrow.  Anyone have experience with upholstery repair??

A good upusltry (sp?) shop can fix that for cheap (50-100 bucks).  I have had that kind of work done a couple of times on different vehicles, and it is amazing what they can do.  You won't even be able to tell.
