Wiper fluid keeps freezing

I usually buy the Rain-X brand. Never has been frozen on me.

Works well, especially with the water beading.

Once it thaws in the summer i'll be trying this. Its -3 out today

Drove the truck for 4 hours at full operating temp and my wiper fluid was still 100% frozen like a block. It was 34 out that day too

Can you park it overnight at your shop and put a halogen light near it? Even enough to remove the tank? Then you could at least thaw it out in the house or something.

I was able to heat it up enough to get some out now i can put some alcohol in. I was let go at work today after 8 months so i dont have access to the shop anymore. (Or at least until the boss leaves at 5) [emoji4][emoji4]

Up here, I use the Rain X Summer water fluid year round, good for -45C/-49F. Best to stick with the name brand stuff.

From now on i'll be using rain X
