How do I change the map light/reading light bulbs in the overhead console in my 99? Do the lenses pop off or do you have to change them from inside the console? ???

I never had to replace mine. I would think the owners manual would have instructions on how to replace it.

  I scanned it with my FoxWell NT 630+, which is supposed to be able to catch seat belt warnings, and got nothing.
