brake adjuster

I am going to replace the rear springs drum hardware on my 1996 chevy k1500 10 inch drum brakes.

 

are the adjusters the same on both sides or are they different. iv been racking my brain and visulizing it but i cant figure it out. does anyone know?? i just need the adjuster part not the arm. it looks like this

I am getting the rest of the springs and everything in another kit it just doesnt have these adjusters

It looks like there are 2 different parts left and right. H1572 and H1573. The 72 is for the right side and the 73 is for the left. If you open up your link and scroll down under the picture of the part. And click on see all vehicles this product fits it give you a description.

One is probably reverse threads.

The solid threaded adjusters should be stamped L & R.
