Paint delamination issue white 2008 gmc sierra

I was wondering if anybody else with a white chevy/gmc truck has issues with paint delamination. It started last year at the bottom of my door seams and I didn't catch it until it had made its way on the outside of the door. I have sense removed all the rubber weather strips on all the door per my body man. I have found both of my rear fender lips pealing real bad and working there way up the side of the bed. I called GM last year and of course they haven't heard any problems with this and also my truck was over the warranty. I guess that after I get the fenders lips repainted i'm going to have to use good ol POR15 on all the seams and around my door seams and paint over it. My father in law has a 2007 GMC WT that is pewter in color and his fenders are clean with zero rust or paint pealing, so is his door seams!

I've got an '03 in Summit White. The clear coat is peeling a little bit on the roof and hood...

(I assume that is what you mean by de-lamination?)

But I write that off to southern summer sunshine and less than judicious washes and waxes on my part plus the fact that it's 12 years old.

I don't think it's anything GM did wrong. 2008 is a Little early for that to start happening, though.

Recently noticed bare primer area on the roof of my white 2005. Mine was bought from a shady dealer that hid some mechanical repairs and at least a deer hit.
