Hey guys nice to see that this forum is still around. I received a letter from GM stating that I need to update OnStar as there is the potential for it to drain my battery if the vehicle is not started for 4 days. It contained a number to call using OnStar, but after one ring OnStar comes on and states that the number is not in service. Anyone else get one of these letters and were you able to update? I know I could take it into the dealer, but I'm always short on time. 2009 GMC 1500 BTW. Thanks everyone.
