6.2 Gas Truck

Looking for your OPINION.Have a 2011 6.2 liter gas truck Slverado 4*4.Bought truck brand new has run perfect since new.Has about 110,000k on it now and have noticed it starting to use oil.3100k and 1 liter of oil to bring to full mark.I think the motor is starting to get loose inside.Oil pressure use to run at the 5 on the gauge of the 275kpa mark,now it is at the 2.Truck has had gm oil changes since day 1 and DEALER changes it between 7500/10000k.Seems to have started this since the last oil change but oil could have been down some on last oil change.I wonder what GM will say?
