2005 GMC Yukon Denali Speaker whine

Hello,

 

I have a 2005 GMC Yukon XL Denali. I have put a new system into the truck, including: JBL door speakers all around, 2 P2 Subwoofers powered by a kicker amp, and have a Kenwood deck. I have done all the wiring myself and know it is all correct, because I also have a 2002 Silverado with has the same setup, but does not have the factory Bose system. The Denali still has the factory amp in and is still powering the factory subwoofer.

 

The problem that I am having is whenever the car is on or off there is a speaker whine, which seems to be coming from the front passenger door speaker, but could be coming from all. I have checked the wiring on the speaker and the aftermarket deck and they are both good.

 

The whine gets louder as the motor rises in RPM then settles down as the RPM lower. This whine is very noticeable by the way.

 

Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?
