Rough Country .25" Wheel Spacer

Ordered a set a few days ago. I see that theses aren't traditional spacers in the sense of being bolted on... You get to use original studs it appears. I've heard a few guys on here running them on here, but no one talking about them. So any guys care to give their experience with them?

I have used the 2" spacers on my dodge. With the .25 you should be fine, the studs are long enough

I don't think they're real popular since they might cause more stress on the studs and they can sheer off.

That's not my personnel experience but just what I've read when I was looking into getting spacers

I am using the ReadyLift 1/2" spacer on my truck. I did purchase E/T lug nuts to add some more useable threads. I liked the ReadyLift as they still use the hub-centric mounting, not just the wheel studs.

I was thinking with them being only.25, there wouldnt be any issues. I plan on using the stock lugs, as I've read there is enough threads left...

With the 1/4" spacer, you would be fine on the length of threads... It just what you would not have the wheel sitting on the hub. I don't know if the 2014 + use hub-centric wheels, but I know the 2007-2013 do... So all you have supporting the wheel now is the wheel studs...

If you take the wheel off and slip on the spacer, I am sure you will see what I mean..

Had 1/2 spacers and took them off. Not enough threads and one of them got buggered up and ruined a stud. Probably just my bad luck but I won't use them again.

Got them in today, still don't know if I should put them on, I work for a dealership, I talked to a few of the techs about it, all said that it should be fine...

Should be fine but really 1/4 of an inch won't change the appearance at all so why even risk it? If you want to get some stance order some wheel adapters. Just my opinion. I ran BORA wheel adapters on my Nissan Titan for a long time without any issue.

What kind of lugs did you use. Where did you purchase them at. I called around and no one seems to know what E/T style lug nuts are for to fit a 2014 wheel.

I got mine from this place. I am not sure if the 2014 + use the same lug nut, but I would assume so... I had to ream out my wheel holes just a tad to fit the 3/4" extended part in the wheel.. I can take pictures if you need them..

BTW, these lugs are just a tad smaller than the OEM 22mm socket size.. But in a pinch the lug wrench will work...
