Help w/ Decision between All Terrain or Regular 4x4??

I have a AT. I'd probably just get a Denali next time. I don't like the plastic seat bolsters. 1/2 the seat is plastic on the AT. I understand the sides and back, but its down to two strips of leather in the center on the AT. That's BS.

The thing I do like is the grill and bumpers being color matched. After that, a Z71 is the same. You'll have to toss the OEM Rancho shocks if you want a decent ride.

Yup I'm saving up for 4 Corners of Fox 2.0's. I'm thinking when I get new tires, I'll level it at the same time. I spotted another AT just like mine today in town, gotta do something to make mine different now.

If I were up there, I'd definitely have some driving lights behind the grill. Some wide beams and some long distance beams.

Ya I'm switching out my Fogs for Rigid D2 Driving Lights this year and getting the headlight upgrade done on Friday.

Guys I retrofitted my headlights with FXR'S from the retrofit source and it's the best thing I could've ever done for this truck. I did it after I got back from Colorado because driving through those mountains with the stockers was pretty bad.

I went with the SLT Z71 4X4 over the A/T mainly because of the cooled seats. Here in Texas that was a deal breaker for me. I use them much more than the heated seats. Had the cooled seats been an option, I would have gone A/T.

I also liked the 20" Texas Edition wheels better than the A/T wheels. And while I really like the monochromatic look (I've color matched the door handles and mirror caps - just too much chrome!) I really don't like the painted bumpers. The A/T with the chrome bumper package is the best looking version of this truck, IMO.

2 speed I think that's the way I'm leaning. I like the way the AT looks but I could get the slt z71 4x4 and have a seats and the silver color I want. I like the monochromatic paint on the AT also but I can always change that as I go. Where did you get the color matched door handles and mirror caps?

I got the handles and mirror caps off eBay. Seller is toneygreen . Search seller toneygreen . He gets tons of take-off parts for these trucks. If you see the color you want, you better grab them. The popular colors go fast!
