2009 Sierra 2500HD Sunroof won't close all the way

So i purchased a used 2009 2500hd this past winter, didn't really check to see if the sunroof operated properly. Long story short, weather got nice out recently, I used it a few times and it worked fine. Then one day, I go to open it, it opens about halfway and I hear a loud crack which sounded like it came from the drivers side towards the rear of the tracks. I closed it right away and while driving, I could hear some air whistling through which led me to believe it was not closed properly. I then tried to raise the sunroof instead of opening it back fully and it would not do anything. I got home, looked up top and noticed the drivers rear side of the sunroof is not closing all the way, it sags a bit.

 

Sorry for the long description, but is there anything i can do to resolve the issue without replacing the tracks? (thats what i am guessing is having issues)

Maybe it somehow popped off the tracks? See if you can move it around or see anything from in the truck
