I'll be back in 30-40 minutes with pictures and a "review"

No, its the hybrid car.

I just got back. No pics, as the company camera is MIA.

Highs:

Great MPG

Solid Ride

Very supportive Seats

Small Package

Lows:

So-so acceleration

Noisy at highway speeds

handles like a skate board

small tires don't inspire confidence

video game instrument panel

Overall:

Its a neat little car. Rides good, but not sporty by any means. Accelleration is lacking, but i guess thats what you get for 50+ MPG. If you had a long commute, and needed the fuel miledge,  this would be a pretty nice car to have.

I never understood the crowd of people that think this car is great.  The reason I say this is because VW has a motor out called the TDI.  This motor inside a well appointed Golf or Jetta (heated leather, sunroof, CD player, alloy wheels...etc) can achieve MPG greater than 50 while putting out 100+hp/150ft torque.  Add a "chip" and you will be well over 200ft lbs and still be in the mid to high 40mpg range.  Keep in mind the VW Golf or Jetta is also a larger car with much more room for passengers.

Not sure why someone would want to buy a car that is smaller, WAY less options, funky gas/electric powerplant that puts out less power when they could spend around the same $$$$$ and have a MUCH better car.

Just my $0.02 on the Insight

I gotta say I'm starting to like my dad's Sentra, that little car can get up for a 1.6L. Insights and Echos are ulgy lil cars......
