Wobble after hitting bump at highway speed

I went camping this past weekend and on my way back there is a bridge with pretty large, rough joints on the highway. I hit one of these at highway speed and my truck seemed to wobble right as I hit it and I had to correct the steering wheel quickly. Anyone else had a similar experience?

Probably came right off the ground or unloaded the suspension so much the front end became loose.

They steering rack in these is electric so it may be how the computer sent the feedback up to the steering wheel as all of the feel you get is artificial.

Stock ranchos are bad for this. Hitting bumps and rail road tracks my truck would hop and skip off the ground, kicking the back end out.

Put a set of LT 10 plys on and go for a drive. Its considerably worse than with the stock goodforoneyears. My shocks are starting to rust and look ugly so I'll be replacing them within the next year or so.

I have this exact problem with my truck at a certain trouble spot on my way home. It's like the front end is losing control. I'm hoping LT rated tires and bilstein shocks will fix the issue.

Yes exactly. I'm planning on going with Fox 2.0 Coilovers in the front and 2.0's in the rear to give myself some better damping on bumps at speed. I will eventually get rid of the stock SR-A's and go with a BFG KO2 or similar tire.
