parking brake cable part numbers

Does anyone have part number for the parking brake cable. Previous owner might have put the wrong cable on because the length are not matching what I can get from local part stores

I need the intermediate, right and left part numbers

2004 Silverado 2500HD LT 8.1

crew cab w standard bed.

thanks i will do that.

before the intermediate cable snapped the parking brake would not hold the truck. after taking off the right rear and measuring it it looks like its not the right length for a crew cab. i am wondering if they screwed it up somehow. does anyone have a diagram of how each of the cables are supposed to be put together.

I believe the starting point for getting the right cables is measuring your wheelbase. It is my understanding that you get the cables for your wheelbase [my Ford F150 needed them, and the dealer wouldn't even consider finding them based on the VIN, he could only look up the right part based on the wheelbase]. And poking around RockAuto.com for my Sierra 3500, it's the same thing.

So while working on pulling the cables off guess what i get a broken brake line. Guess I can be happy it happened on my driveway.
i was going to get a stainless steel replacement prebent set and came across a kit from dorman that is SS

on this forum a lot of people mention buying from summit racing but their kits are 3 times as much for SS

I dont mind spending the money and not have to deal with this again. which one should I get.
