I need a bed for a 2001 3500 dually, color does not matter , would like bed to be in good condition or at least repairable.

No problem. Its odd, I just stumbled upon that last night browsing around. That would sure beat paying the dealer $4000 or so for the same thing (maybe more because its for a dually). What color were you looking for anyway, if the answer is white, than that makes the deal even better.

I was looking for pewter, but maybe I'll just go crazy and paint the cab white.

I work at a body shop on the weekends, so the painting won't be a problem at all. I was looking at around $650 to fix the bed I have now, but I would rather have a new one.

Seems like it would be easier just to paint the new bed pewter since is is already taken off the truck...wouldn't repainting the cab be a pain in the ass? Wouldn't the firewall and inside door jams still be the wrong color?

yea, I know it would be a pain in the ass, but I was just thinking of having a new color. I was looking at maroon 2003 crew cab yesterday that's been sitting on the lot since last year. If the numbers are right, I may just buy it and sell my old truck to my boss. If that's the case I'll just fix it the cheapest I can and get rid of it.
