Rear brake issue

Truck: 1994 GMC k3500 Sing rear wheel 350 5speed

Issue: rear drums stick/lock up after sitting.

Never was really bad until I did a inspection/service on them a few days ago. My ebrake wouldn't hold so I decided to inspect the drums. Found the driver side damp, possible WC leak(not noticing any fluid drop in resivoir though). Clean and adjusted tensior. Passanger side looked fine. Adjusted but also have an issue to where the parking brake does nothing on this side. Driver side will lock up but passanger side spins freely.

Anyone have any recommendations as to where to begin to look now?

Sounds like your rear axle seals are leaking.

Had same brake sticking with my 97 Sierra K1500 (same side too). But I didn't look into it until I started to lose my braking yesterday. Found brake fluid leak on LR. Took drum off last night and egads, looked like a can of axle grease had blown up inside the drum. Wheel cylinder was shot, but now wondering if maybe the axle bearing is leaking also. Once I clean it up, will it show up without driving the truck again?

Well did some snooping today. It's the rear hub seal. Autozone had them but they list them as inner axle seals. GM 14B 10.5 RG. P# is 8021, but on the back of the seal is 12003. Looked it up and it's the correct seal. Gonna tackle it tomorrow.
