im just wondering if i go from 245 70 r17 to 245 75 r17 on my 2013 gmc sierra 1500 will there be any trouble?

245/75/17 would probably fit fine (same overall height as 265/70/17 but not as wide), you might want to consider a 1 or 2 inch level in front only if you had to for clearance but I'd imagine they would fit okay. Speedo will be off by 2mph slower than actual travel speed.
