HELP!! 2009 sierra won't turn On please help!

my 2009 sierra won't turn on, It was driving perfectly fine until I parked and tried to turn it on again, but I wouldn't turn on, I'm able to turn the key but it won't start and the check engine light comes on (doubt its any engine related problem) my oil was low is there maybe a sensor that won't allow it to turn on because of that?

Are you sure it went into park? There's a issue with the cable coming off or the plastic connector that holds the cable on breaking. Is it showing it to be in park not Drive?
