Ordered 2016 Tahoe LTZ

So I've been a jeep guy for the last 15 years but due to a growing family decided it's time to move from my 2011 Grand Cherokee Limited. Two days ago I ordered a 2016 Tahoe LTZ black ext/black int basically loaded out. So far there are very few 16 LTZ models on lots here in VA within about 200 miles of me. They were unable to find me one with all the options I wanted and all of the dealers were pushing 2015s (not worth it in my opinion for last years model for only about $1000 in price difference). So I went ahead and ordered one. Got a great deal due to work connection with the owner of the dealership!

The order and dealer process was smooth but I'm disappointed in GMs tracking site. I should be able to follow that truck through the status changes in realtime! If anyone has better access my order number is SVVH8N out of VA.

Congrats on the order! I ended up doing the same thing but lots of 2016's on lots here. Local dealers didn't want to deal, and only a few grand off 2015 MSRP. Ordered a 2016 out of town and saved a BUNCH...
