Have any full service manuals for the 2015+ SUVs been published yet?

 

I am looking for the complete multi-volume sets that the Dealerships would use.

 

We are getting to the stage of mod/upgrade in the PPV that guesswork is no longer cutting it - now we need the real service manuals for reference.

Helm Inc. makes the hard and disc copies for most OEMs for service information. They do owners manuals as well. Right now for 2015 Tahoe, only the owners manuals and parts DVD are available. Service manual is not out yet.

I have subscribed to GMSi (did the 3 days for $20 option) and a reviewing all the documentation available to dealers - it is not that much and actually not that good.

 

Previous hard copy Service manuals (such as the 3 volume 2001 Corvette manuals I have) appear to much more extensive than this rubbish online subscription silliness.

 

There are no part numbers of parts to be replaced or repaired - it appears the assumption is you have the part in front of you and the part number is visible/intact.

 

It appears that the GMSi service information program is trying to be a profit center for GM, not an actual useful service for the subscribers.

 

I got more meaningful information from the GMUpfitter website for free.

 

From what I see the hardcopy Manuals that Helm does end up publishing are not complete - they do not include all wiring diagrams.
