Aftermarket projectors without HIDS

I want to install anzo or some other aftermarker projector on my silverado, but i dont want HIDS. I read through every thread i could but every seems to add hids to these kits. Does anyone run halogen (stock) bulbs with projectors? I really just want the headlights for the led accenting.

yes, but im not sure if the aftermarket projectors are as strong. If they are equilivent, that would be fine for me.

Ill know tomorrow. My new ltz look alike projectors arrive then. I plan on doing a comparo betwixt the halogen oem reflectors vs projectors with hid vs projectors without

I have the anzo's in my GMC and the projector is just fine. It's probably just as good as the oem projectors

Well ups just came and brought ONE headlight. Needless to say im pretty pissed, as the ad is clearly supposed to be for 2. Waiting on a response from seller. A couple things so far tho. They Are indeed Eagle Eyes brand. And so for, from initial inspection the one i have looks damn good. Ill know more about fitment when the other side shows up. Also the projector, itself is easily removeable from the rear which will be nice when i do my fxr retrofit. No baking should be required.

The gmc comes with projectors so why did you get aftermarket?

He probably wants the appearance of the anzos.

I have the spyders with the stock lights and I think I really need hids. The halogens aren't the best and may even be worse than stock reflectors.

just for the styling pretty much. i wanted a black headlight housing and didn't want to open up my headlights, so i went with the anzos
