Hard Shift into 2nd Gear?

Hello all. New here and from doing a little browsing it seems like everyone is pretty knowledgable and helpful! With that being said....

I have a 2004 Silverado ext cab 4x4 with the 5.3L in it. A week or so ago I started to notice something. When I go from first to second gear I get a big jolt. The transmission doesn't really get hung up. (As in, it shifts at the normal time it is suppose to) But when it does shift, it's a big jolt. Enough to feel like a clunk and make you rock forward. This doesn't happen everytime and honestly it seems pretty random. I am almost guaranteed to have it happen when I first drive the truck that day but it will usually do it randomly after I begin to go from a stop or when slowing down enough to go into first gear.

Is this cause for major concern? As far as I know the tranny has never been replaced. I am unsure if the fluid has been swapped or not and if has, when the last time was.

Truck as 152,000 on it.

I had an 2003 for 10 years did the same thing. Never got better, but never got worse. When it was still under warranty, the dealer said it was a characteristic found in those transmissions after they replaced the accumulator and a solenoid or two with no effect. I stopped worrying about it and just drove it for 9 more years before getting rid of it.

That makes me feel a bit better. It hasn't gotten better or worse in this short period of time and it only does it going into 2nd gear, no other.
