Bumper Spacer mod? (spacing bumper forward)

I remember a post of a member who spaced their bumper but cant find it. Anyone?

It is just washers used to space it out to avoid tire rub.

I'm a member over there also and that's the only write up I've seen. Looks to an easy mod for those who are having issues with bigger tire fitment.
