Emmissions Control Problem (CEL 3 times)

I've owned the truck for less than 3 months (2015 Silverado Crew Cab LT) and the check engine light has come on 3 times. The first time was code P0442 (Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected, small leak), took it in to the dealership and they said the rerouted some lines and the light was cleared. A week later the light comes back on, same code. I took it to a different dealership and they told me it was a small chip in the fuel filler neck tube. It was replaced and the light was cleared. After the part was replaced, I started getting the "tighten gas cap" message. I check the gas cap and it appears and feels as tight as its going to get. Two days later the light comes back on, this time I get code P0455 (Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected, gross leak). I take it back to the dealership, this time the service adviser scans and clears the code and says that if the light comes back to take it back. Light came back on yesterday and I'm scheduled to take it in on Saturday.

UPDATE: After taking it in last Saturday (Nov. 21), the dealership determined that the lines the first dealership rerouted were loose and that was what was causing the check engine to come back on. They "fixed" the problem and the light was back off. Coming to work this morning the check engine turns on again. I hit the on-star button for a diagnostic and its the same issue as before. Has anyone experienced this issue? I'm fed up with having to take it in to the dealership on a weekly basis for the past month. Any advise on who to contact to file a complaint? I've seen that GM customer service reps get on here once in a while, if the GM rep sees this can you please PM me. Thanks
