Hey guys i got a new 15 gmc sierra 1500 around 6 months ago with the power drivers seat.Well it want go down far enough in the front to be comfortable, when you push the down button and the front tilt starts to drop it goes down but not far enough. It is still at a little incline upwards in the front and puts a little pressure on the back of my legs.My cousin has a 14 gmc same truck both trucks cloth, just a 14 model and his goes down a lot futher than mine does, his will be almost level and feels a lot better than mine,so i measured his and measured mine and his will go down almost 1 3/4 more than mine or more.

Have any you guys had this problem or something like this,it is like they got the seat out of time with the motor that tilts it up and down in the front.

Thanks guys :nonod:

have you tried lifting the back a little bit to make it even? I'm not sure if the seats on my denali are the same but there are plenty of options to move the seat.

Front button:

Front of the button moves the front of seat up and down.

Rear of the button moves the rear of seat up and down.

Moving button fore-aft, moves seat fore-aft

Middle button adjusts the seat back recline.

Rear button is lumbar support adjustment

I went from a 2014 to a 2015 and yes the seat position doesn't go as low in front and feels higher- I am used to it now, and don't plan on investigating.

Maybe this change has something to do with the loose drivers seat issues many have had. My 2014 had 3 shim jobs and so far no movement at all on this 2015- hence why I'm not going to mess with it.
