2007 GMT900 Sierra - Tons of standing water in the front passenger foo

2007 NBS QuadCab Sierra - Started smelling a musty smell and after cleaning out my truck, the smell was still there. I started feeling under my weathertech floor mats and there is a giant puddle of water under the front passenger mat. The rear was a little damp.

 

What's funny is that my BMW M5 rear doors were leaking water through the vapor barriers into the both rear foot wells. I just got those sealed up last week and now my freaking truck has the same issue.

 

Does anyone know where it could be coming from? Could it be the door like my M5?

I read that entire thread before posting here. I taped up the entire cowl and windshield with duct tape, but water is still making it in. I pulled back the carpet and the water is coming from above the footwell. Above that aera, there is a black plastic cover with a downward curve and I'm 99% sure that's where its dripping down to the carpet from. Question is, what's above it and how is it getting in? I don't have a sunroof.

Onstar antenna? Roof lights? Door moulding?

Found it. The top of the windshield is leaking. The water must be running down the inside of the window and going down the firewall to the foot well. Some drips straight to the carpet.

I just had the glass replaced today, the window is held in / sealed with urethane around the the whole perimeter. Come to find out, at some point the glass had already been replaced by the previous owner. The ENTIRE top of the windshield had come unbonded from the urethane adhesive.

 

I didn't tell the installer it was leaking and he asked me if I had any water leaks and was surprised I didn't have an indoor waterfall everytime it rained.
