I have an 09 Silverado 1500 regular cab WT that I put an LT jump seat in. How can I wire the 12V outlet so that it is only on when the key is in the run position?

Have a look here. X14 Pin 7 on the MBEC (Mid-Bussed Electrical Connector) is a 10 amp feed that is only hot in Run and Crank.
