Superchips Max Micro Tuner users?

For those of you that have been using the Superchips GM Max Micro Tuner, how has it been?  Specificly the part throttle tuning?

 

From what I can tell, the Predator Programmer is like the Hypertech, with performance tuning only at wide open throttle.  Anyone know if that's true concerning the Predator?  I do like how the Predator will tell you fault codes and lets you reset them.

Tom, I have had my tuner for about a year now, and as pleased as punch with it.  The part throttle tuning is  noticeable as soon as you download the program.  This shifts are firmer and later, and lock up occurs at a higher speed.  You can also adjust for tire size, max speed and rev limiter.  I believe the newer micro tuners have the code readers with them.  Good luck!

I like mine, I have never used a different one, so I really can't compare.  I have noticed that it shifts a lot firmer, and I did adjust for new tires.  I suppose it has a little more punch when you hit the gas, but the 8.1 is a monster anyway....well I think it's a monster I used to drive a blazer with the 305...everyone knows what a BUST engine that Biatch was.
