wheel offsets

I'm planning to put 20 in wheels and tires on my 06 duramax. Looking at the xd monster 2 wheels. Every company quotes me a different size offset. I have no lift but there has been a lot of trimming done to the truck in the past. I don't want them to crunch and rub all the time. I've had one company tell me I need 20-9 with a 0 offset. Another told me 20-9 with a plus 14 offset. With 285-55/20 tires. Can anyone clear this up for me?

The +14mm offset will tuck the wheels inside the fenders more than the 0mm offset. So, if you're wanting to reduce the chance of rubbing, then go with the +14mm version.
