Today i was driving into work, and as i was driving the truck shut off. The keys were still in the run position, i know i didnt bump them on accident or anything. I had to pull over to start the vehicle again, then it was fine till i got into work. Has anyone else had an issue like this?

Do you have the original rectangle or updated shorter square handle key? Anything on the key ring besides the remote fob? Original keys have been known to have issues when a lot of items are on the key ring or if it hits the shift lever. Other than those, I don't recall anything else.

Im guessing its the original rectangle, i only have a couple keys and bottle opener. I dont think its anything excessive.

Yup, that's the original. There is a bulletin out where the dealer makes new keys to a more squared and shorter end. But also they say there can be an issue where the lock cylinder moves from run to acc under certain conditions. One condition is too much weight on the key ring and another is when hitting bumps. Clearly this is not an acceptable situation so they do some sort of mod on the lock.
