6.2 8speed rattling at cold start up

2015 6.2 8 speed....1100 miles....have a bad rattle coming from the transmission area when I first crank it up from sitting overnight? Transmission seems to shutter and shift rough threw the first 3 gears? Took to dealer... They said I had some issues but couldn't do anything about it till Chevy gives them a fix. Talked to an engineer at Chevy they where telling me I would be hearing from the dealer...well waited a week...no call from dealer....went back to them only to get well we haven't heard from Chevy, but if it goes out we'll be glad to come get it...Didn't find much humer it that comment! Called the customer service engineer back only to get an answering machine telling me she would be in contact with in 24 hours. 3 days later no call! Has anybody had this problem! Who the heck am I supposed to help solve this problem...Anybody else had this rattle?

I had a different problem with my 2014 Sierra, tried calling GM and not getting anywhere, down to the dealer same crap. Kept calling this lady back at GM only to get the same message on the machine. Then get a voice mail after a good 10 days of trying to speak with this lady, says well I'm having a hard time reaching you, so I will just close the file. Well let's say I kept calling until I got her on the phone, my issue was the crappie headlights, I told her I spoke with the dealership and they were bring out a new housing. I told her they were going to be $1500 to $2000 and for what I paid for my truck I was not paying for those, she tells me maybe they will pay for one, still waiting for the light to come in, made it clear resolve this problem or I can have my lawyer contact her, was told just wait to see when the lights come out. Do let them tell you what little they are going to do, get the owner and demand your truck fixed. They do not like to be pushed, but we pay good money for our trucks and want them working at 100%. Sometimes GM need to stand up for the customers. Good luck hope it works out for you.

Yea I know! 50g for a truck! It's not like I'm making this stuff up...the dealer confirmed I have a problem but keeps telling me there waiting on Chevy to make a call! Well I'm waiting too...got a case # and all...and the 1st time I talked to Mira she was telling me if I had any problems call her back! 3 calls later nothing! Who do I try to get some help from... The dealer....or Mira at Chevy! I'm all in...can't get 30000 if I trade it... I just want my nice looking truck to perform like it's supposed too!
