Clay_Lucas Posted February 29, 2016 Posted February 29, 2016 It looks like the weight on the inside of the valve worked it's way through the larger hole. Looks like it went into the valve cover. Should I be worried? This was the original one and I've got 230k on the clock. I'm guessing it's just been turned to powder, but I don't know. One thing I do know for sure, a small metal weight falling into the engine can't be good for it. So should I be worried? Is it worth the time to try and find it? For all I know it could have failed befor I even got the truck. Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk
txab Posted February 29, 2016 Posted February 29, 2016 What year vehicle? Starting in 2004, iirc, GM went to a fixed orifice...... no loose or rattling parts, just a hole
