I've got a 2" on a 2016 all terrain with stock wheels and 295 nitto trail graps. no rub.

295 is only the section width of the tire, what is the aspect ratio and wheel diameter?

295 only tells you the treadwidth.

Metric Tire size.

First number is you treadwidth

Second number is the amount of rubber from rim to edge of tread measured as a percent of the tread. ex 55% or x.55

Third number is the Rim size.

Are you sure on this size? It's 36.25" tall. Some are already saying a 34" tire will rub at full turn.

Oh dang, I meant 275/65 R20 not 70!

Yeah - didn't have the others number in front of me. 295/55/20 that should be somewhere in the 32.91" range. I can say for sure also that a 35" tire will not work...

Hey guys!!

Just did the 2" Level on '17 Sierra AT.

So after too many hours looking this up it seems that the largest one can go and not rub (involves zip tie-ing the felt back a little)

ON FACTORY WHEELS

Tall: 285/65r20

Wide: 305/55r20

correct?

I had a 1.5" level and ran my factory 18" wheels w/ 33x12.5x18 Toyo MT's. There was NO control arm rub when I added 1/4" freefloat spacers.

On a 2 inch level 33's with a MT tread design will definitely rub. A 275/60, 295/55, 285/60 with an AT design should be good to go. Don't think an AT 275/65, 295/60 or 305/55 will work without some rub.

What is the wheel size and aspect ratio? Are you on 20" wheels?

295/55R20 would run 32.8" high compared to 295/60R20 which run 33.9" high.

I've got stock All Terrain wheels, no spacers, 2" RC level with "34's" and it barely rubs the liner at full lock.

I have the same set up. 2016 All-Terrain with a 2' RC level and am looking at running a 34. What tire size and brand? How do you like it and do you have any pictures?

Old thread, I know, but I have 275/70/18s, which is a 33.2" with a 2" level in front and 1.5" in back, and not even close to rubbing. No offset. BFG KO2s. That's on a 2015 1500. Thinking about going to a 34" but not sure exactly what size yet.
