Dual Climate control for Work Truck

Hey everyone,

 

I have a 2014 Silverado WT. I've been adding more and more to it and it is less a Work Truck and more modded than when I got it bare bones. I got the dual climate control for it so the wife and I would have separate temps. Is it possible to have it programmed so it works? When I plug it in now, it will work initially but as soon as I turn it off none of the dials work and the fan won't let you adjust it. I was excited of course at first when it did work but wondering if I can have the dealer program it to work? Thanks for the help!
