Exhaust system

I recently acquired a flowmaster - 17342 American Thunder cat-back exhaust system. It's for an 01 Suburban, but I own an 01 Silverado extended cab 1500. And I'm thinking it would still work but I'm not sure.

Do they call for the same part number? If not then you may have to order a different part or do some mods to make it work.

you may have to cut some of the pipe off the catback, not sure if the suburban is longer ot not, also the hangers may be in a different spot. But if you can weld or know someone that can you can make it fit.
