Anyone having long term leveling effects with these trucks?

great info guys. Thanks alot. Going from a ram where i can put 34s on it stock to having to level for 33s makes me a little Leary on buying one of these trucks. Only 1 person with a problem? Do you guys still take your trucks off road with the leveling kit?? Or are they street princesses?? Thanks again for the feedback

There are advantages both ways (34's vs leveled 33's), but I can't think of any reason that alone should be a concern. I don't go off road but do some towing and definitely use it all the time for home projects (hauling stone and topsoil, etc). For what it's worth this is my 8th Silverado and they've all been bulletproof. (Yes I'm 200 years old, don't laugh guys.)

Im just worried about voiding suspension warranty. Premature wearing of parts.. I dont rock crawl but i definitely hit logging roads where i live and dont want to **** up my new 55,000$ truck..

If you take the truck back with issues cause by abuse that may or may not have been caused by hitting logging roads, there's nothing against the dealership saying that the suspension was wrecked due to owner abuse or usage. Leveled or not.

True. But 1/3 of the roads around here are dirt,gravel, active or decommissioned logging roads... Once your 15 mins out of town.. Lots of people live out on these roads.. The dealer is good about warranty work within our conditions here. They sell warrantied 6" proconp lifted trucks their. But charge an extra 10,000$ for lift , tires, and fender flares... Rip off, not the coilover kit either..

Just dont want to **** my truck up. Had an 2013 f150 fx4 level lifted with bilstiens and rear blocks, the thing was screwed in 10 months. Shakes, noises, and the thing rode so uncomfortably stiff. Had to trade it in. Dont want to do the same thing again

You have to pay to play. If you are worried about it then don't do it. If you needed a truck with better front ground clearance then a GM is probably the worst choice you can make.
