what's the best dual setup?

for those of you with dual exhaust - are you running true dual or dual outlet from one muffler?

What muffs (ha) are you using? I had flow 40 on a 4.3 S-10 and that thing screamed. I don't have any more money for aspirin, so wondering what has a deep sound but not too loud...

Flowmaster now makes 3 chamber muffs which are supposed to be quieter at idle and highway speeds but still have an agressive tone under throttle with little or no in-cab resonance. I like mine loud and proud!

I went with Flowmaster 40 series with delta flow technolgy. They have a nice mellow tone under accelleration and are pretty quite at highway speeds. I have single inlet to dual outlet.

It sounds like you are looking for the same things I was. I think you'll be happy with this setup.
