Camper Mirror Harness For OEM Tow Mirrors

I've already installed oem tow mirrors and updated the door harnesses to what is needed to make all features work on my '14 SLT. I had power fold, memory, etc stock, so I replaced the mirrors with oem powerfold and door harnesses to the ones suggested. Now I need to have the camper mirror harness installed, because I got into it myself and decided it was way too much of a pain to tackle. I just don't have the time.

My question is, has anyone had only the camper mirror harness installed by a dealership? This would be part number 23387133. I took my truck in this morning and just got a call from the dealership in which the service manager sounded very hesitant because they've never done it before. I just don't want to get into this at $135/hr and be the guinea pig. Anybody had theirs successfully installed by a dealership and can let me know what you paid?

Thanks!

The wires for the door go just inside the cab by the fuse blocks. It's not hard to do. The real catch is will they be able to program the bcm to have all the features work correctly.

I started going through the process with the document I got from GM. I got the BEC pulled, then it told me to pull the main inside connector that the jamb connector from the door plugs into, so I could add some pins. I couldn't even SEE it, much less get my hand in there to do anything with it. It was behind a whole other layer of sheet metal. Admittedly, I didn't spend that much time on it, but it seemed like more of a pain than I was signed on for. I DESPISE electrical work. I'll do mechanical work all day long, but as soon as there's anything electrical involved, I immediately get frustrated. Dealership's working on it now. Everything worked before, except marker lights and white LED cargos. We'll see I guess.

I already have all harnesses required to make this work (supposedly) per that chart. I replaced the door harnesses earlier this week. I was just asking about the camper mirror harness install. The dealership is working on it as we speak, because it was too much of a pain for me to do myself. Didn't have the time, or moreso the desire!

Just picked up my truck. Everything works perfectly! 3 hours of labor. Not too bad. Well worth paying them in my book cause I didn't have to mess with it! Yes, both door harnesses replaced as well as the RZY added. Works as if it came from the factory with tow mirrors.

Great! Glad you have them working as they should. I installed my new door harnesses and Power fold mirrors yesterday. Now I can finally see again.

No doubt! I've had the mirrors installed for a couple of months now, just didn't have the harnesses yet. Visibility is MUCH improved. Now everything finally works! Long time coming!

Would you still have the instructions, I just ordered it from the dealer, but wanted a head start on the instructions? Thanks

I am in the same situation. I bought a kit online and installed the mirrors and door harnesses but having to install the dash harnesses seem like a pita. Taken to two dealerships and everyone seems super confused. I have the instructions might try tackling it myself but it doesn't seem like it is gonna be fun at all. The new mirrors are great though I just want a couple more lights to work.
