Broken Leaf Spring TSB

I was told today that there's a TSB out which will replace broken left springs. I'm assuming its for 2007 to 2013 model years. I'm told if you've already replaced a broken spring and have the receipts GM will reimburse.

Friend of mine with a 2011 Z71 went through that a few months ago. One side broke then the other a few weeks later.

A buddy replaced a broken leave spring last summer out of pocket. He was pretty happy when I told him about the TSB, so I thought I would share here.

But if it's more than 5 years old, they won't replace it. Mine's 2 years older than that when they sent the notice!
