Rattling noise in front end

My 99 silverado 1500 has developed a rattling noise above 30 miles per hour, it does not Change when turning accelerating, coasting, or braking. It is slowly getting louder, it's not a wheel bearing, anyone have some ideas as to what it might be?

Also it is coming from the front drivers side and it has a brand new engine, transmission and rear end if that changes anything.

Double check that everything is tight, heat shields, mount bolts, skid plates. Then I'd be looking for worn parts.

My truck was making a squeaking rattle that sounded like it was a wheel bearing on the drivers side. Turned out to be the tensioner pulley for the air conditioner. Just changed it last week and no more noise.
