Active noise canceling cab

I have a 2014 High Country with the ANC system which does not appear to be working as there is a lot of wind and road noise. How can I check this system, the dealer does not know what to do.

If the ANC system is the same technology as what was around in the 80's, it uses a microphones around the cab to pickup the noises and essentially plays that noise back through the speakers but with the polarity reversed. Speed of light is far faster than speed of sound so it will make the noise appear to disappear. Have you made any changes to the audio system in the truck? I would think there should be some integration into the BCM for diagnostics on this system. Can you point to a time when it stopped working? Any chance it was around the time the truck was in for some work? I am wondering if maybe the BCM was updated and the ANC was disabled by accident.

Wow didn't know the truck had ANC. Going to have to listen harder on the way to work this morning.
